Can you add a new member in time for my party’s reservation tonight or tomorrow?

Membership becomes active immediately upon responding to the email which requires address confirmation, and then completing the enrollment form. So, theoretically, yes.

Can I call for membership confirmation, or to make changes, or for anything else regarding this offer?

No. We’ll be handling all your membership issues strictly through email. Given the number of submissions we’re receiving, that’s the most effective way for us to communicate with you.


When will I receive my membership confirmation email?

Your membership enrollment, which has 2 parts (email validation & enrollment form submission) results in immediate activation of your membership. No confirmation email is required to begin redeeming your rewards. As a courtesy, we will follow up with you within a day or 2 to ensure you have all the club information at your fingertips.

I think I signed up for the 1921 Club when it was launched in 2018. How can I check to see if my membership is already active?

When you enroll, you create a username and password. If you remember those credentials, you can log into the member page here: pacificdiningcar.com/1921club-member

Only one membership allowed per person. Member benefits include choice of a free steak* during your birthday month, 21% off any item on the breakfast, lunch or dinner menu***, and 24 hour access to our Late Night menu. 1921 Club rewards are not transferable, and are not good in conjunction with any other discount, coupon or special offer, menu or event, or on holidays**. Benefits can only be redeemed on-site, and are not available for take-out or delivery. Member benefits are granted based on true and accurate information provided by the applicant. We reserve the right to confirm your identity with a valid i.d., and to terminate member benefits at any time. Terms and rewards are subject to change at any time. We look forward to seeing you in soon!

* members can choose between the New York (14 oz), Baseball (8 oz), or Filet Mignon (8 oz). Our servers will provide alternatives for members who do not eat beef.

** not available New Year’s Day, Valentines, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve

Member rewards are available on all other holidays (i.e. President’s day, Memorial day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween).

*** The 21% discount does not apply to alcohol, taxes, gift certificates, delivery / “take out” items, or the Afternoon Tea, Late Night and holiday menus.

Takeout is available 4-10pm. Your order must be placed by 9:45pm.
