How does the 1921 club membership work?

Sign up online during enrollment periods, and when you come in, let your server know you’re a 1921 Club Member. (You will receive your easy-to-remember member number upon completion of the enrollment form). There’s no physical card to keep track of or app to download.

What do I get as a member of the 1921 club?

1921 Club members enjoy a free steak* in your birthday month**, 21% off all breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items***, and 24 hour access to special Late Night menu.

(***exceptions are: There is no discount for alcohol, taxes, gift certificates, delivery / “take out” items, or the Afternoon Tea, Late Night and holiday menus.)

How quickly after joining do I get my rewards and benefits?

Your membership benefits are available as soon as your account is activated. There is, however, a short period between the time you sign up and the time you receive your membership confirmation email, usually a day or two.

How do I claim my rewards and benefits?

Give your server your member number when you order and the membership discount will be automatically applied to your check.

How do I sign up for the 1921 Club?

Can I sign up for membership on-site at the restaurant?

Yes, during enrollment periods, you can sign up using our form on your phone.

Is there an annual membership fee?

Not currently.

Are there any fees or purchases required to get my benefits / rewards once I’ve registered?

No.

When is my free birthday steak* available?

You may come in to enjoy your free steak* any day during your birthday month** (with the exception of holidays).

For the birthday reward, can I have an option to steak if I don’t eat beef?

Yes. Please mention your preference when you make your birthday reservation, and your server will tell you of your non-beef options (vegan, seafood, etc.) when you dine with us.

Are the member benefits available on the holidays?

Member benefits are not available on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve.

Are there any items excluded from the 21% discount?

Yes, there is no discount for alcohol, taxes, gift certificates, delivery / “take out” items, or the Afternoon Tea, Late Night and holiday menus..

Can I use my membership discount in combination with other discounts or special offers, events, or menus?

No.

Can I use my membership discount for delivery or “to go” items?

ENROLLMENT PROCESS

How do I enroll in the club?

When enrollment is open, the process for enrolling in the 1921 Club is as follows:

  1. Click on the ‘sign up’ link.
  2. Fill in the form to validate your email.
  3. Look for the email from ‘no-reply@alohaenterprise.com’ (our loyalty program administrators) which will provide a link you click to validate your email address.
  4. Click on the ‘CONFIRM EMAIL ADDRESS’ link and you will be taken to the enrollment form page.
  5. Fill in the enrollment form and submit it.
  6. You will be taken to a club page confirming membership activation and outlining your rewards!
  7. Within a day or 2 you will also receive a welcome email which will reiterate that your account is active, and will again outline your rewards and how to redeem them.

How can I be sure my enrollment form was successfully submitted?

After you have validated your email address, and submitted the complete enrollment form, you will be taken to a page that states your membership has been activated. This page includes instructions about how to redeem your rewards. In addition, you will receive a welcome email a day or two after your membership has been activated.

I didn’t receive the initial email validation request. How do I proceed?

First, check your Spam folder to make sure it didn’t get filtered out of your Inbox. If it’s not there, try submitting your email address again, to ensure there were no spelling errors. Membership Status

I’m not sure if my 1921 Club membership was successfully activated. How can I confirm?

You will receive a welcome email a day or two after your membership has been activated. Keep an eye out for that. If you don’t see anything (and you’ve checked your Spam folder), feel free to contact us using our online form: pacificdiningcar.com/1921-club-contact

I think I signed up for the club the last time enrollment was open. How can I check to see if I’m already a member?

When you enroll, you create a username and password. If you remember those credentials, log into the member page here: pacificdiningcar.com/1921club-member

If you’re not sure whether you enrolled and/or can’t remember your login credentials, please contact us using our online form and we’ll find your membership information if you’re already enrolled. Only one membership allowed per person. Member benefits include choice of a free steak* during your birthday month, 21% off any item on the breakfast, lunch or dinner menu***, and 24 hour access to our Late Night menu. 1921 Club rewards are not transferable, and are not good in conjunction with any other discount, coupon or special offer, menu or event, or on holidays**. Benefits can only be redeemed on-site, and are not available for take-out or delivery. Member benefits are granted based on true and accurate information provided by the applicant. We reserve the right to confirm your identity with a valid i.d., and to terminate member benefits at any time. Terms and rewards are subject to change at any time. * members can choose between the New York (14 oz), Baseball (8 oz), or Filet Mignon (8 oz). Our servers will provide alternatives for members who do not eat beef.
