The old-world feel makes PDC a favorite of the famous and would-be famed. Rust-colored walls and patterned Couristan carpet converge with the mahogany wood and brass fixtures to give it a clubby feel. High-backed leather chairs and tight-lipped employees work to conceal dining guests and social chatter.
